  5. Sounds to easy to be true. But I will do this and see what happens. Sounds a lot like what a Hypnotist might say to a patient. I assume that one can go through the process more than once each night.

    • Simply put it’s Biofeedback Therapy. The point is mindfully relaxing your body from head to toe, or from toe to head. It does really help and well worth trying. Don’t move to quickly from one area on to the next, focus on the feeling of heaviness you’ll feel as you move on to the next area. The next thing you will know you will be relaxed and sleepy or a sleep.

  6. Thank you for the tips on falling asleep. I’ll try it and see if it works for me. I don’t tend to sleep totally on my back so I think I may have a hard time adjusting to it
